My husband's family has had remarkable results from Dr. Natura, though I have an irritable colon and do not advise taking any combo colon cleansers without first seeking a Gastro's opinion (or two or three) if you're in a similar boat.

My husband, his mom and cousin love the stuff and use it at least twice per year, for one or two months at a time. Aside from keeping them regular and feeling better all around (which could be partially contributed to the no red meat during), they've never had creepy, sea kelp looking things poop out, but what appears more like a thin lining/build-up from their intestines. Good, right? His cousin, though gross at it sounds, used to have anal leakage, which completely humiliated him. After one month on Dr. Natura, that completely went away, and he felt it was all due to that stuff! Now he uses is regularly.

Now for me, I used it for a week until I had severe colon pain, which I do not particularly blame on Dr. Natura. My colon was already acting up prior to my usage. So, I say try the stuff...or just stick to the lemon, maple syrup and cayanne pepper cleanse! Cheaper, but I hate going without food!

I started Dr. Natura's Colonix 4 days ago and so far i must say i agree with Robyn that it is definitely not a scam.

Is there a far less expensive way to do a similar type of cleanse?

Most likely.

However at the same time to call Colonix expensive if it gives me the results i am looking for and that so many others have attested to is ABSURD.

where i live in NYC it could cost more than this entire cleansing program just to take a friend out to dinner!

For someone who doesnt have the time to research a cheaper way and is not homeless or living hand to mouth this program is quite reasonable if it works.

And based on my experience over the past 4 days i would have to say it is at least working so far........

"First of all, no there was no CGI involved into making these guys bigger, it was all natural. They trained for roughly 10 hours a day for months on end. They were also on a caloric restristion diet. The only things these guys ate was nuts, berries, fruit, and meat.

Please do yourselves a favor and educate youe selves befor you talk about the training on this movie. go to http://www.gymjones.com and go under the knowledge section and read the 300 stuff.

Gym Jones were the guys to train the actors.

Secondly the “300″ workout was only the final test workout. Not all the actors got to do it. Only the tuffest, most diciplened ones were invited to the final workout.

Anyone can do this workout, but not everyone can come even close the the times that these guys posted on it."

I don't think there was any CGI, but they definetely did everything they could(lighting, angles, body make-up like oils and paints, etc.) to make them look better on camera, it's hollywood don't be stupid. That said you have to be in at least pretty good shape for any of that to work, and they were. But if you watch the actual filming in front of the green screens they look a lot different than in the movie. Also, I went to the gym jones site and nothing on there said anything about 10 hours a day. 10 hours a day would be counterproductive. Don't be stupid. You'll never read this, but anyone else who comes here will, so I guess it means something.

For over 2,000 years, the benefits of an authentic sauna have been enjoyed by individuals from places all over the world. These rooms are not all necessary in order for your sauna to be effective; however having all these rooms in your design will make your sauna more convenient and relaxing.

Kit,

When you say the code can be traced back to the 1800s, do you mean the green carnation of Edwardian England, or are you referring to hankies specificially. If the latter, do you have a source?

I've had a chance to look at the galleys of the sequel, which covers the same ground from the Zombies' perspective.

Who can fail to be moved by the raw emotion and drama of passages like this:

I saw the "Infinity Razor" ads and decided to try it out. I got the razor at the local drug store. Went home and tried it later that night. It pulled and was a very rough shave. I had to get my usual razor back out and it was smooth shaving again. So I thought this may be a fluke. I went back to the store and exchanged it for another new one. The same...it pulled like hell and I have a thin hair beard!

Apparently it works for some and not for others.....

Carl didn't use American Cessnas, he was true to form and got some 'Made In Sweden' Saab MFI-17 military trainers; mounted rockets on them, and kicked some Nigerian butt!. Of course they didn't win the war but they showed the hi tech jet world what you could do with COIN/guerilla warfare tactics.
