Seven Bridges Organic Brewing Ingredients

Posted in: Beer, DIY

sevenbridges.jpgSeven Bridges Co-op, based out of Santa Cruz, California, provides organic beer and coffee supplies for homebrewers, including extract and mash-extract kits. All the ingredients that go into Seven Bridges’ kits are certified organic under the USDA National Organic Program, which is good enough for me.

Their prices are on par with most other kit vendors, from $30 to $40, with about 20 varieties. If you got into homebrewing because you were interested in what went into your beer, going organic adds another level of refinement to that endeavor.

Whether that makes a better beer, on the other hand, is up for debate—but now you can explore that debate at home.
