Jewish Journal Op Ed — Satirical View of Prop 8

It was only 70 years ago, almost to the day, that the Germans introduced us to Kristallnacht — so I don’t find this all that unbelievable. I do think its well written and funny, but it is a warning and we should listen to this Op-Ed piece from the Jewish Journal. As a Californian, Prop 8 serves as a stark reminder that we need to remain vigilant against this type of discrimination.

Flush from the passage of Proposition 8, which banned gay marriage in the state, the leaders say they want to extend the ban to Jews whose emphasis on in-marriage, they say, contravenes Scripture and promotes intolerance and segregation.
