Pork Comes from Pigs

Michael Dietsch attended a butchering demo at Brooklyn Kitchen, where a Berkshire hog from upstate New York was dismembered and divided into twelve portions. He’s posted a large photoset showing the entire process, which is only grisly if you never thought about where your meat comes from.
