Flight of the Nylon Valkyries

It’s a shame we hadn’t come across this modest gallery of vintage (or faux vintage) shots of flight attendants when “travel” was our theme—we’re in limbo on the weekend, I guess—but whatever! For my turgidity, there’s no uniform sexier than the one-piece mini-dress and off-kilter cap, especially when set off by go-go boots. (It’s also yet another reason why Enterprise was so retarded. You set a Star Trek show before the original series and don’t use it as an excuse to show hot ensigns in mini-skirts? No wonder the Klingons hated us.)
