I have used it to replenish intestinal lube after a colon cleanse...but that is neither here nor there. I have found that mixing it with OJ helps, as it has similar pulpy and citrusesque properties. My wife has a line on the good stuff. The stuff she gets is pure, unadulterated primo aloe. Drop me a line if you want to try it instead of the brand you are currently using. JV Hey Jason –
