I did some additional research. The ship is the &lt;a href=&quot;http://the.honoluluadvertiser.com/article/2007/Nov/05/ln/hawaii711050346.html&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;USS Tripoli&lt;/a&gt;, and was used for missile tests in Hawaii. I guess you caught it as it was headed back to Hawaii for more testing.</description>
