That’s actually pretty awesome of him.

The “This American Life” podcast this week talked a bit about lottery winners, and how they, by and large, would live large and wind up in dire financial straits. Nice to see this kid has a more realistic outlook.

I wonder if he was a supervisor or manager there. I used to work at Wendy’s and for the most part I liked it. Maybe he could join an athletic club and make friends. There’s a lot of places to make friends. But his choice. =)

That’s a smart man. Admittedly I wonder why he works in fast food instead of something a little more lucrative…but the more he brings in, the more they can invest (wisely). And hopefully they can eventually get to a point where they can help others.

…ha ha ha. Well, I can hope.

Folks don´t have to think the same way. This lucky guy may be a fool, or perhaps he couldn´t yet find out what life is for and what to do throughout it, or, who knows, up to now he just thinks of money only. It seems that in the US and other rich (or poor!!!) countries people learn to give money and goods and all material things too much value; so this lucky guy maybe is not guilty for his apparently silly attitude, option or lask of decision. Time will tell him and all of us what´s better or wrong. Let´s wish he gets to enjoy life, which is a splendid gift, not depending on money, richness and so on. Poor one for now!
