The ruling is that it's illegal to serve liquor without a liquor license, which was already the law. This or any barber shop is still, and ever has been, free to serve beer as long as they're licensed. They were doing it illegally before; the only thing that's changed is that now they know it. They'd give you one Pabst Blue Ribbon beer while you got your haircut. I think they charged $17 total, and they'd give you a coupon for the next time for $3 off. Seems like there would be more important things for the attorney general to spend his time on.
