It's funny to see this clip of Jack. I Googled him today and come to find out he's a famous angry man. His son "Bjorn" was one of my best friends from 1978 to 1982 living in Issaquah,Wa. Jack was a big man and somewhat intimidating. My folks thought he was the best. Little did they know how he really was. His temper was legendary. I distinctly remember many road rage incidents where we chased the bad guy down into parking lots, to see him jump out and scream at some unsuspecting sole. You can only imagine how that went. It was quiet in the car after that. Jack was actually fun to hang around. I used to help him fix the junk cars he was always working on. It seemed like he knew a little something about everything. He was one of the original producers of "Laugh In" as well as the General Manager of the Seattle Sounders (pro soccer) before they went under. He was always able to talk his way into a CEO job with his charm. He never lasted long though. He was apparently not qualified as they thought. Seeing the clip seems pretty normal for him. Thats how I remember him. Hope he is ok.

I worked with Jack Rebney at KREX TV (which recently burned down) in Grand Junction, CO in about 1991. I directed the news (roll tape, cue 'em), and Jack was news director.
He was charismatic, larger than life and very opinionated. Probably not really qualified, but somehow he got the job.
We often argued about things like microphone settings, but it was a fun kind of aruge. I often wonder what path Jack took after he left KREX.
