I grew up in Santa Monica, California and the lovely, treasured, kinda badly moldy smelling Arcade on the Pier looks awfully like the building advertised as a Bubba Gump’s.
Sad. Maybe its not the Arcade, but it was close by.
Smelly arcade is still alive and well, but that Bubba Gump is nearby.
nope arcades gone. Was there 2 years ago. Whole pier is restaurants these days.
pretty sure the arcade is still there. the bubba gump restaurant is a new building that was built near the front of the pier. the arcade’s in the middle of the pier. unless something’s changed in the last couple months, the arcade is still there in all its moldy glory
