My last Windows booting machine went away in the late 90s. Console exclusivity only matters when I can't get the game I want and so far, every title I love is an Xbox title. I have an X360 and a Wii. Only game I've even liked for the Wii is Wii Sports. My wife gave me Wii Carnival Games today and we'll try it tonight. Other than that, I just like to play games on the Xbox. Gears, Halo3, BioShock, GH3 and RockBand have been the biggies for me in the last year. If the 360 is the only console with GOW, then it is a console exclusive. Who cares if it is on the PC. The PC and their "Games for Vista" label is just another microsoft channel.
