Although there are many cool items available from Shop Erotic, be sure to buy with caution. My husband surprised me with a couple of items, and were not exactly what I had wanted. I contacted Shop Erotic to get a return address and they offered to send a return label for my unopen / unused items. The label never came, and I ended up calling two additional times for the label they had promised. I finally received the label, and returned the items. Over the course of 5 months, I called Shop Erotic and they assured me each time that the refund would be taken care of (by an associate named Jill who never once called me). All to no avail. Finally, they contacted me, leaving a message stating that I would only be due half of the amount I paid because the items were returned after 30 days. I explained why it was returned so late (because they never sent the label they promised on three separate occassions). They told me I have no recourse, and that they would not give me a number or let me speak with management. This business claims that their desire is “… to know that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item for an exchange or a refund, please follow the instructions below for a prompt response.” However, it is very disheartening to me that I would be robbed of my money because THEY failed to act in a timely manner. Please beware of this website. If you do buy from them, you’d better be sure that you do not plan on returning the item(s), because once they have your money, you will not get it back!
