I get the feeling this is a do-it-yourself project. It seems the costumer simply repurposed an old teddy bear by removing the stuffing and the head, cutting a slit in the back, and attaching the snipped off ears to a fabric remnant. Looks fairly easy to make, actually, and probably pretty cheap too.
