I have been going to the same tailgate in Austin for years, and the people next to us have as well. Their "leader" was an ex-UT football player who everyone called "Big Guy". Apparently he died at some point in the offseason, and the first game's tailgate was a tribute to him. Everybody had on "Big Guy" jerseys and t-shirts. The "Big Guy" was there, as well. They had him in an urn, right next to the 27" LCD TV. Creepy.
