Let me be the first to say, WTF?
Let me explain. Pluto full-on chases a terrified child around one of Disney World mini town streets (hilarious) until a parent ruins the fun by grabbing Pluto, presumably to tell him he shouldn’t be doing that.
A brief argument, complete with angry gestures from the parent and the large stuffed dog (hilarious), ensues. Pluto eventually turns away to play the crowd but the parent wasn’t finished talking and lightly jabs Pluto on the shoulder.
Pluto, being the enterprising dog he is, falls to the ground in a spectacularly faked dive you can only really appreciate if you’ve seen World Cup Football.
Pluto recovers from his spill and locates the bank of people who had been filming the “assault” and asks, in gesture only, “You saw that right? She pushed me to the ground!”.
We can only assume Pluto then went to seek out reinforcements from Micky or a good lawyer.
