		<description>I&#039;m trying the Shangri-La diet and it seems to work. Just 1 tablespoon of extra light olive oil twice a day, between meals, seems to curb the appetite. I&#039;ve only had about 1000 calories today, and I&#039;m not hungry. This is only my second day, but so far so good.</description>
