Foret Saison DuPont
Published by Joel September 1st, 2007.We just cracked a 750 of “Forêt,” an organic saison from Brasserie Dupont. The reviews on Beer Advocate are sort of mixed, but as far as I’m concerned it’s a knockout: bright, light, full of the best tastes of summer. One of the best saisons I’ve ever had.
I could totally get behind reviving Beer Friday.
I’m kind of a beer dork though… I would say beer nerd but I think I’m more about trying them and less about the pretentious aspect, so beer dork it is.
