    I’ve cooked almost exactly the same thing, after having it at a new restaurant I was trying. So very, very good. Make sure those potatoes are light and fluffy and buttery, and they make such a delicious base for all the other flavors to mingle in. I’d even recommend tossing them in with the roast before mashing, to add a bit more flavor.
