I never see stuff from the “premium” channels (HBO, Showtime, Skinemax, etc…) It would be cool to see what movies are being shown that month to set up Tivo (since they usually show the same movies for a few weeks). Also how about the Scifi channel, FX, Stars! Action, or are they too obvious?

A lot of “edutainment” up there, but how about some good ol’ punchin’ and shootin’? (with some robots thrown in for comic relief…)

I try to toss in fighting and shooting shows when they look like they aren’t going to be lame or sucky (this is why you never see anything from the Si-fi channel, BSG is the one exception there(love that show, even when it isn’t so great). they’ve really dropped the ball.). And i think the one FX show i list on a regular basis is Rescue me, which is a great show. I have stuff from Versus network, G4, ESPN, Fuse, SpikeTv, and other such “manly” networks when it actually looks neat, or interesting, or not awful. I’m very willing to take suggestions on shows. In fact a friend recommended one to me the other day, but I was drunk (or at least getting there) and now cannot recall what it was. These things happen.

Sadly, the biggest issue with most of what is on tv these days is it sucks, the production value is ass, the actors are wretched, and they talk down to your intelligence and sense of humor. This is why i hesitate listing ANYTHING on Animal Planet or DIY. Whoever is running those networks should be fired, badbadbad shows, unless they have bought the rites to something to air (like Planet Earth).

Anywho, keep the comments coming. I will look into this movie thing again, I used to toss in movies from time to time, but I switched what listing grid I used and it became harder to do this (the old one kept breaking and the company who put it together didn’t give a shit.).

ps- I admit I love the edutainment stuff. Learning is a wonderfully fun thing to do.

Has anyone seen Trick My Truck on CMT? Think Pimp My Ride but with 18-wheelers instead of beat-up Tercels and badass mudflaps instead of 22″ spinners.

That actually sounds pretty badass. I will peep this.

Who doesn’t love classic cars? Seems everybody does and hollywood has jumped on the bandwagon too. You see them in just about every movie and TV show now.
