Unfortunately I cannot reveal the location of this place as I am sworn to secrecy. Hint: the entryway looks like the entrance to a bank or a pharmacy, and it's half a block off of the south side of Canal. There is a small kiosk shop in a secret Bladerunner-like underground mall in NYC’s Chinatown that is stocked choc-full of novelty pee and poo plushie gear along these lines.
