No, what the guy is yelling is “no te muevas” which means “don’t move”. The guy was moving his legs, if he didn’t die, he certainly ended all messed up!

I’m not so sure he died. At the very very end of the video, someone yelled out “No te mueras” in Spanish, which in English means “he didn’t die.” So, I dunno, maybe he didn’t die immediately, but I’m pretty sure he probably did shortly after.
