The last three black dudes I saw on the N/W line wearing fresh ball caps were not wearing them with the 59/Fifty sticker on either side of the bill. Stupid white dudes trying to be all ghetto-savvy can now stop doing it too.

oh thank God! This has to have been one of the dumbest looking things I’d ever seen.
say what motherfucker
say that again I dare you bitch
Yeh what is the deal with that? I just saw it this weekend (yes, I’m behind the times. I usually avoid the general public, because this manner of stupidity frustrates me), while out skating, and had to google to find out WTF.
Well WTF is, essentially: “Look at me, I’m so cool, my hat is this brand, and it’s like, a real one.”
Try a little harder, sheeple.
People still do it. White, black, Asian, latin, it doesn’t matter. wearing the sticker with the hat still happens. And some people take the sticker off. Holy shit, who knew?! And did you know that some people wear skinny-fit jeans, some people wear baggy jeans, some people wear regular fit jeans and some people don’t like jeans? OHMYGOD crazy bastards!!!
Here’s a news-flash: people do things.
If your panties get in a twist because you are offended by a sticker that isn’t on YOUR hat then you really need to channel your frustration into something more productive than bitching and moaning about fashion trends that you don’t follow.
Here Here to Anonymous. Well said.
No, Ben. Anonymous is an idiot. That’s why he posted anonymously. You should have done the same.
This fad has nothing to do with an individual’s sense of style and everything to do with projecting false financial and social status.
This type of behavior is inherently worthy of ridicule.
Take the stupid sticker off of your hat, Ben, and have the balls to write your own words instead of “here-here’ing” someone else.
Tool.
Word up PissedAndPetty.com, I love picking fights on the internet cuz no one loves me in real life.
I just brought a B cap and took the holo sticker off, its not a sin its just what ever your style is, personally i dont wanna be a tool to the brand, besides all the fakes have the holo sticker now, so why even bother.
:) just wear it how you want, naturally, and you wont look like a try hard.
peace!
picking fights over the internet is a little pathetic, really. let the kids do what they want.
100% agree with anonymous
also the reason the stickers are on the hats is so you can take the hat on/off/position it without getting it dirty. starting back with white hats they would get dirty quickly from use, so one sticker was strategically placed on the top of the brim, and one directly beneath it on the underside. then with your pointer finger and thumb you could grab the hat on the two stickers so your new hat wouldnt get dirty. i personally think its a really smart idea to increase the longevity of a hat. its a good way to keep your hat looking clean; because lets be honest who wants to be seen wearing a grimey *** hat? but now a days people just jump to the conclusion that “oh its because all the ballers do it!” today that may be, but at one point the stickers did serve a purpose.
“news-flash: people do things.”
hahaha. truestory.
