I call "sporty" things riding the snot out of the bike on a racetrack with one knee down, what it was built for. Not weight it down with a steel cage around the fairing and doing stupid shit that breaks your face.

"The guy over his left shoulder appears to be on a similar bike.
Is this some kind of school for biker tricks?"

Nah more likely a bunch of guys who rigged thier bikes to be doing tricks like this. Used to be a whole crew that my roommates brother belong to in Passaic NJ. They would just rig up their bikes and go tricking in the parking lot of a school with a bunch of slutty dressed chicks around. Sorta like Fast and Furious sept with dickwads on bikes.

What I think is interesting about the picture is, not only is he not wearing a helmet (moron,) but that their appears to be a roll cage around the front sides of the bike and the top of the faring is scratched up.
The guy over his left shoulder appears to be on a similar bike.
Is this some kind of school for biker tricks?
I don't think it's photo-chopped. The shadow at the bottom is too perfect. Most of the time, the photoshoppers mess that up.
Either way, the photo is pretty fantastic. And the broken shock gives you some preview of what probably happened to this guy's head!

If filming using a DV video camera you can capture a still frame of your choosing as well. Easy way to frame the shot to get just the right instance.

Very good, a lot of people who take photos at things like this use the multishot features (IE 5-10 frames in a short amount of time) because they are shooting them in anticipation of them being put into magazines and such.

As for being photoshop, maybe, but the guy is good then. Even I wouldn't think of putting the fluid of the broken hydraulic shock coming out.

seems like that would have to be photoshopped. what is the chance that someone would take the photo the instant that the guys bike would do that?
