I looked at the guarantee (on the package it says "Lifetime Guarantee Replacement") and it says that you have to package all the parts and write a letter and enclose $6.99 and mail it back to them at your expense. It only costs $9.99 in the first place!! What a bogus guarantee!! You can't even see the details of the guarantee until you buy it and open the package and what it says on the outside of the package is totally misleading. Save yourself the $10.
