I don’t think any of you guys are stupid enough to fall for this shit, but I just wanted to point out how loathsome our fellow humans can be. Remember that pet food scare a couple weeks back, when a bunch of gluten made its way into the pet food supply? A couple of dozen cats and dogs died (and there are rumors of many more)—totally tragic stuff.

I got this spam in my email yesterday, from “Animal Planet,” with the subject “Has your pet been poisened? [sic]” I’ll spare you the text of all it, but the gist is that they’re soliciting donations via Paypal for the “Joint Operations Centre/Relief Council to distribute to the persons who need the assistance.” How do we taint the gluten that these jerks eat?
