50 Things She Wishes You Knew, And The Response
Published by Alex April 6th, 2007.You may have come across the Men’s Health article, “50 Things She Wishes You Knew” [menshealth.com], and now there we have the inevitable backlash, from a blogger named “Klashbash”. [Ironfisted.com] One thing I wish they each knew: they’re both jerks who deserve each other.
I don’t see how this Klashbash fellow is a jerk, other than picking on such an easy target for scorn.
I like seeing people who express themselves in such an honest and revealing way. it is like the Army Corp of Engineers, polite enough to mark their minefields with a big sign reading, yep, “Danger: Minefield” so you know not to approach. It made finding my awesome girlfriend so much easier.
Funny thing is, this Lisa Jones individual would probably reverse herself on half the 50 points she makes if asked again, and not even remember doing so. This is what happens when dorm-room stoner chat is mistaken for journalism (if something printed in Men’s Health can be classified as journalism).
