If it seems like an advertisement, it's only because it's actually working and I'm pleased with it.

		<description>Sounds like you are off to a great start.

The only thing I am worried about is the lack of an exercise regimen. Diet works in the short term.  Exercise puts in place the muscle for long-term success.

		<description>You're doing a great job and getting really good results.  The cardio will really help, too, just don't get mad when you start strength training and you start putting on muscle.  You can't go by the scale as much when you strength train since muscle weighs more than fat.  You will continue to look better and better, though, and that is all that counts!!!</description>

BMI is more an easy classification system, not the end-all of metrics. You might want to try a body fat test. It scared the hell out of me for the opposite reason: I scored a seemingly healthy 21 on the BMI, but I turned out to be 26% fat on a bodyfat test - men are obese from 25% fat up.

Luckily, my own diet has me down to 21% now... not quite there yet, but we're going places.</description>
