The season for planting is fast approaching. (In fact for somethings, like hop rhizomes, the time to order is now.) To prime the pump, someone has uploaded a four hour documentary to Google Video from the BBC, entitled “How to Be A Gardener.” I haven’t watched it yet—not really sure I want to download four hours of low-quality Flash video—but it’s there if you’re interested. It’s time to get yer garden on. Spinach is seeded outdoors this week, cabbage goes out next week and broccoli two weeks after that.
