What’s In Your Overnight Bag, Om Malik?
1 Comment Published by Joel February 23rd, 2007 in Travel. Share ThisWhen I first started running Gizmodo many years ago, I was totally in over my head. Om Malik, who didn’t know me from Adam, was always ready to give me good advice and copious encouragement, which meant a lot from someone so well-versed in the world of technology and business. Om Malik is a nice man. He also happens to be the driving force behind GigaOm and its ever-expanding network of blogs.
Yo Om! What’s in your overnight bag?
• Samsonite roll on carrier – Don’t know the model number, but it has over 100,000 miles and is still looks brand new.
• Art of Shaving travel kit – Because I like to start the day feeling spic and span. of course, the oils and shaving cream can remove all dead cells, leaving you look fresh any time of the day.
• Two white shirts – Ironed and ready to be worn at anytime. They are perfect for a business meeting, or even a night out on town. A pair of denims, a blazer and white shirt – perfect combo to look professional or for chilling out. Though, I carry a pair of Zegna/Faconnable gray trousers (no wrinkle woolen ones of course).
• Medicine – For long flights I always have Tylenol PM, much better than other “options.” No headaches either and some much needed sleep.
• Costume Nationale slip-ons – They are the only way to travel and don’t cause any problems at the security gates.
