I agree as well. My hard cider and winter warmer (both relatively high ABV) have mellowed pleasantly over the past 7 months. I&#039;m expecting the cider to be even better by next fall (13 months).</description>

Just the other day I cracked open one of the few remaining barley wines from a batch I brewed in 2005, and it&#039;s better than ever. I can&#039;t wait to crack one in 2008.</description>
