Kudos to Full Sail Brewing for putting their ingredients list online in a handy, easily-referenced chart. Kudos X-treme for forgoing the “pickles,” “secret sauce,” and “kryptonite.”

This is a top notch idea (and so is the 1.064 OG).
I know that OG can’t mean that the Full Sail 01 recipe is like Ice T; what does the OG here refer to?
Very cool idea. I’ve always liked how certain brewmasters (Rogue in particular) would share recipe specifics to curious homebrewers. But this is even better.
Alex: Original gravity, or the amount of fermentables in the initial batch, before things start to turn to alcohol. It’s a way to guesstimate how much alcohol by volume the final batch will be. (Although Full Sail surely has the gadgets that can actually test the ABV.)
Keep your pickles and secret sauce. I want extra cheese and vienna sausage.
