Well, Carl..

When you go to a Doctor do you complain that he charges money to save your life? I mean if he is a good human being and values our health why should he take money from you?

People who teach seduction arts is similar to those offering spiritual workshops, leadership/motivation seminars, etc with a common goal to teach people how to improve certain aspects of their lives. Reading a book about this is one thing but when you go to a workshop with like minded individuals who are just as curious and eager to learn, it becomes a completely different experience. Nothing beats a social support, especially when you do this for the first time and your shy, you have a supporting group with a common goal to help you help yourself.

These people, Coaches offer themselves as guides, as support, for you to be something better... and that is priceless.

While I do detest alot of the things about the seduction community, I think that the game is a very useful tool for those of us who may have lost the drive or skills to interact with people. I urge everyone to read the game simply becasue it is a great lesson in human interaction and how you can learn to be a better person. however... game is much more than cheesy lines and takes the commitment you read about in tha game in order to realize that kind of success in a short amount of time. If you really want to develop your "game" come to Cleveland OH, the hardest place on earth to pick up...yeah, harder than mecca during the Hajj.

While I do think my game is tight and I get told quite a bit that I am a pleasure to see in action I don't find an appreciation for those with skills selling them. With all due respect I think that once the issue of money is involved with helping someone you're motivated by cramming what worked for you into thier heads and not on helping them find thier own solutions. when people pay they want information they expect not the truth that will bring results.

7 habits of highly successful people by Covey is a better book for developing your game than anything I have read so far.

Hey,

Thanks for the link and mention.

As common in the MSM today, most articles end up showing things the way that the author wants them to. The author of this article wanted me to be the kind of PUA that she read about in The Game, so that what the article makes me out to be.

Project Manhattan focuses on making people social in a way that doesn't make them socially awkward. We don't want to turn everyone into lemmings that recite lines in hopes of getting laid. We want our students to learn how to develop their own personality in a way that's attractive to women, and our routines that we teach students are only a step to getting there.

If you get a chance and would like to see things in action, we have a free event every Friday... check our site for details... we'd love to have you.

Later,

Yeah, Southern SI is rally bad for this type of thing. Northern SI is much more multicultural and hence less of a gross pick up place. Yeah, the bars are a bit more low key with mostly older patrons but where else can you throw back a few with Coast Guard, merchant marines, or tugboat captains? They have the funniest stories too. Take the ferry and walk a few blocks in any direction and you can find a good (okay, interesting) bar devoid of plether pants and open shirts.
