That said, do you have a recipe?
I don’t think there’s much to it. Use your favorite meatloaf receipe in a round pan—and if you don’t have a favorite, you should get one, because meatloaf is freaking awesome—and paste it together and ice it with mashed potatoes (food coloring optional).

Joe used a slightly modified version of Alton Brown’s meatloaf recipie (i’m just here for the food).
Go heavy on the ‘filler’ or you end up lumpy (like the cupcake version we tried to make).
