and ephedra?  come on.  eat less. work out more.  the ellipitical is a good idea, but you should build cardio endurance and then move into interval training, otherwise the benefits will taper off.

and you should also focus on legs, back and abs to build muscle mass first.  build the core, then move on to the high rep stuff.  

i think everybody needs to realize that losing weight and getting in shape is a lifestyle change that takes time - popping pills and destroying your body in the short run doesn&#039;t help - you&#039;ll just rebound.</description>
