		<description>These are cool, BUT be careful when you are doing them. Start off will light weights to get the technique down. Don&#039;t &quot;go heavy&quot; unless you can lift it AND keep your technique perfect. If your technique starts to slide, you are either lifting too much or doing too many reps. Don&#039;t pull a ligament, they are a bitch to deal with (they don&#039;t heal on their own, surgery is almost always needed) Always try to watch yourself in a mirror to make sure your body is doing what you _think_ it&#039;s doing. Don&#039;t be afraid to ask a professional for help. And if you feel pain, especially sharp, sudden pain stop immediatly. That kind of pain is your bodies way of telling you something is wrong.</description>
