These are cool, BUT be careful when you are doing them. Start off will light weights to get the technique down. Don’t “go heavy” unless you can lift it AND keep your technique perfect. If your technique starts to slide, you are either lifting too much or doing too many reps. Don’t pull a ligament, they are a bitch to deal with (they don’t heal on their own, surgery is almost always needed) Always try to watch yourself in a mirror to make sure your body is doing what you _think_ it’s doing. Don’t be afraid to ask a professional for help. And if you feel pain, especially sharp, sudden pain stop immediatly. That kind of pain is your bodies way of telling you something is wrong.
