I’ve heard it called a rainbow kick. I figure it’s like pool table rules, depends on the “house”. My brother-in-law had a classmate in med school who could do it (since I only heard second-hand, I don’t know if it involved the “hold” part), and I’m sure anywhere else you have a lot of people with better things to do (college, med school), you’ll find people who can do this kind of stuff.
