Robots Think Humans Taste Like Bacon

Troubling news from the Japense robot-making industry:
When a reporter’s hand was placed against the robot’s taste sensor, it was identified as prosciutto. A cameraman was mistaken for bacon.
Our doom is assured!

I for one welcome our robot overlords.
it’s not the first time i’ve been told my flavor is reminiscent of that blessed meat either…. coincidence?
Prosciutto is far more refined than Bacon. Now, if it was an auto worker from Detroit, maybe it would have registered as bacon.
I misread. It still is telling that the onscreen talent was the high-end pork product, while the camara lugger was the basic pig belly.
