It's mostly fruity, so it's not like ham and eggs in your face (as delicious as that sounds). The response to proper trimming sounds like personal style to me. I prefer a naturally shaped beard/stuble and all of this talk of clean lines reminds me of fat guys with very neat goatees. It won't hide your second chin! Apparently their shampoo is "mildly flavored" - for a delicious morning treat! On my goatee I've been using some men's face wash product from Neutrogena. I've seen older guys rocking the handlebar look, and it does a fine job there. But you have to be of a certain age and set to carry that off. For the Dethroner crowd, I'm not seeing that as a real option. And I've never found an electric razor that I thought was worth a damn to begin with, including using as a trimmer, so no.
